Apple iPhone Rumour: an OLED iPhone

I recently blogged about the new iPhone Version 3.0 OS update for Apple’s vaunted Jesus phone, the £621.57 iPhone. The new update finally addressed the issues and missing features that iPhone users felt a phone should have as standard features in any new phone, namely, the ability to send MMS and copy and paste functions. Apple did admirably well in finally addressing customer requests and complaints and has turned the iPhone into a more complete smartphone now.
But the iPhone looks like it is still headed towards more improvements for its coming iterations and the changes are going to be more than just skin deep. There are rumours circulating that the next version of the iPhone that may be released this year will sport an OLED screen. The apparent source of the rumour is actually someone from Korean electronics manufacturer LG.
According to the source, Apple contacted LG to talk about the latter becoming a supplier of OLEDs of various sizes and one of these sizes is measured exactly towards the new upcoming iPhone.
Even though Apple has issued a statement before that it will not be moving to OLED for the next iPhone, smart money is on Apple actually using the new screen technology because OLEDs do not require a backlight for displaying images or videos on the screen. This will definitely improve battery life. And since OLEDs are also thinner and do not require a backlight source, not to mention having better picture quality – it really shows how crucial it is for Apple to go for OLEDs.

That last paragraph was horribly written.
i really looked forward to the new iPhone OS and of course to the new iPhone 4G version. Hope they have a better keyword handling in the knew version …
iPhone is spreading all the globe like an epidemic. The features are improving day by day. They are very right in claiming that they will determine the direction of futur of mobile phone.
I love my iPhone 3G but the screen sensitivity is a problem for me… There are too many templates available to suit the cutomized requirements. Now waiting for 4G…
Would you believe since I have baught my first iPhone I am in deep love with it. Looking farward the next generation.
