The Wave Skateboard is a radically new board that combines the best of surfing and snowboarding. You’ll get just two wheels in order self-propel you along, and an easy to learn instructional video is included.
The Wave Skateboard is a skateboard on two wheels, which in action “looks” like a hoverboard. The board glides on two wheels instead of four, and they’re on swivels, which in action “looks” like a hoverboard. The board is split in the middle, and pivots around a rod.
Sounds like a crazy thing to stay balanced on, but the manufacturer claims this new fad is safer and more fun than skateboarding!

I have a question…. I’m wondering who came up with the design for this board. I have one and it is hard to use untill you get the hang of it witch took me about an hour.. But THE BAD THING IS THAT MY FRIEND GOT IT FOR CHRISTMAS AND BROKE HIS ARM!!!!! ON CHRISTMAS!!! Personly I dont think its safer than a skateboard but if they say so what ever but.. They know nothing!!!

We had a demo of these things at school and after the second try i was up and riding. They are so easly to learn and bring loads of fun. I had to buy one as soon as I got home from school that day. Pick one up A.S.A.P.
I work at a retail sports store and just had to try one out for the store. I checked the instruction book and was up and running within 10 minutes. with a little practice im pretty good. I have definately fallen pretty hard along with a bunch of other employees, so far just soreness and no broken bones. Its designed for someone to lean forward on it – if you lean too far back, you will fall! I snowboard and have hurt myself more doing that than i have on the wave. i would suggest this to anyone on the fence about buying one, get a helmet to be on the safe side if youre worried about falling.

That thing is a piece of shit. if you really want something that feels like a snowboard. you should get a freebord. Freebord is way more safer than that contraption. if you truely want the feeling of snowboard on streets you should buy/check out freebord.
its the coolest thing i ever ride!!! its nice easy and cool..i only practice wave boarding for only 5 minutes!! angi say its great!!i teach kids in our place….it mabe difficult and unsafe as you see but its not it is when you learn how to ride…am handicap but i learn how to ride my left foot is longer than my right foot butit does’nt matter… when riding just think positive cause mind is powerful and waveboard is cool
