Samsung have just launched the worldââ¬â¢s smallest dual-core notebook, the Q35. At just 1.9kg it’s a real tiddler – yet still usable.
With a case that measures less than 300mm wide and 35.8mm thick you’d be impressed with what’s inside, as well as outside.
The bright but compact 12.1inch 1280×800 widescreen display.
Other goodies include Wi-fi and Bluetooth 2.0 ââ¬â natch – 512MB RAM and an 80GB hard drive. The Q35 also has a six-in-one memory card reader and PC slot, and a six-cell battery which offers an impressive seven hours run time.
Thanks to AVS, the instant-on software, you wont need to wait for Windows XP to boot in order to watch movies and play tunes.
Though itââ¬â¢s not as small as the Q35, Sonyââ¬â¢s 13.3in S-reries notebook is a fine-looking piece of kit complete with dual core, a built-in webcam and one of Sonyââ¬â¢s top notch X-black screens.
Full hardware specs can be found on the Samsung site.
