Gamespot’s best launch titles of all time

In honor of the impending console generation Gamespot have revisited some of the best games to launch on their consoles’ respective launch days.

As you have probably gathered by the picture, Ridge racer for the PS1 made the top 13 at #12 – I wasn’t obsessed as much as everyone else at what game came in at #1 – but I can see why it got there.

What’s also interesting that 4 of the top 6 are all from one manufacturer, no prizes for guessing who!
