aerogarden.jpgI’m a weekend cook. I love cooking for my family during weekends and whenever I have some free time. Part of the joy of cooking is the almost alchemical way different ingredients meld and mix to transform into different tastes and aromas. When it comes to cooking I love to use herbs because it really perks up any dish. As much as possible I love to use fresh herbs but it’s a pain to have to go to the grocery just to get fresh herbs.
