Windows 7 prices released

August 5, 2009 by admin

Windows 7If you have exhausted your existing version, then Windows 7 is coming soon to replace it, and price details have just been released.  No doubt Vista users will be a little sceptical about another Windows OS as it never managed to appeal to the masses for usability reasons.  It is safe to say that anticipation is still pretty high for Windows 7 after the Vista flop, and I’m sure everyone is waiting to see how much of an improvement the newer version will be.

Logitech MX Revolution Wireless Laser Mouse

Logitech MX Revolution Wireless Laser MouseThe Logitech MX Revolution Wireless Laser Mouse will change the way you work according to industry boffins. It’s Microgear Precision Scroll Wheel gives you the ability to navigate documents at speeds of Warp Factor 10, which is a useful symbol considering the futuriostic look of the mouse. There are loads of specific features on the MX Revolution  that are tailored around fast and easy working and the quick flip thumb wheel is my favourite as it allows you to toggle between open documents.  This is closely followed by the Search button that gives you the ability highlight words and phrases.

Harman Kardon Soundsticks II
No one  can deny how utterly gorgeous the Harman Kardon Soundsticks II speaker system is.  Lets be honest, in a market full of standardised black square speakers it doesn’t take much to stand out, but boy, does this Harman Kardon stand out.
Harman Kardon’s SoundSticks II three-piece speaker system produces high-quality stereo sound for Music, MP3’s, movies and gaming experiences.  SoundSticks II apparently “encourages you to step out of the ordinary speaker world and offers sound in an original and unique package” and I can’t fault this statement from other journalists.

Ever since I made my third PC upgrade, I have come to anticipate the announce price cuts from both Intel and AMD. I think I’m being a very wise and crafty consumer by waiting for these companies to announce these reductions before making any kind of upgrades. I think it’s just well informed decisions like this that should be encouraged at a time when there is a global financial crisis that they said will get worse this year.
